Return Policy

Hopefully you love your purchase, but if for some reason you change your mind, that is perfectly fine!

You will have up to 10 days from the delivery date to return items purchased online or on Facebook for store credit only.  Items purchased in-person during Pop-up events can be returned up to 10 days from the date of purchase.  Your store credit will be attached to the email address used to place to order.   

We do not provide return shipping labels.  You are responsible for any return shipping charges.  Merchandise must be in new, unworn condition with tags in order to be accepted for return or exchange.  Upon receipt of your return package, you will be notified if your return is accepted and store credit will be applied to your account for the purchase price of the items returned.

This is very unlikely to happen, but if a pre-ordered item is deemed undeliverable for any reason by our vendors, you will be issued a store credit for the purchase price of the pre-ordered item.  

We do not issue any refunds at this time. Sale items are final sale.  

 

Shipping Information

Unless it is a pre-order, your order will likely ship out right away, but it may take up to 48 hours for your order to ship from the time of purchase.  You will receive a notification via email when your order is shipped. 

All packages will ship via the United States Postal Service.  We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. 

 

Pre-Order Policy

There will be an estimated shipping window provided for each item made available for pre-order.  This is just an estimate for when the product will ship out to us from the vendor.  Your item may take longer to ship out than estimated.  If there are any changes to the estimated shipping window of your pre-ordered items, you will be notified via email.  We cannot cancel an order and issue store credit for items that were pre-ordered unless we have notified you that the item has been deemed undeliverable by the vendor.
